What do you like best about Aha Impact?

As a nonprofit, we are always mindful of expenses and looking for ways to maximize our resources without sacrificing quality. Aha Impact gives smaller nonprofits the ability to keep CRM costs manageable while still providing a high-quality, comprehensive database.

One of the features we appreciate most is the ability to integrate event and volunteer management directly into the CRM. Having these tools in one place has streamlined our processes, particularly for event registration and sponsorship purchases, while making it easier for our team to manage information and stay organized.

What problems is Aha Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?

So many things! Aha Impact has helped us streamline several areas of our day-to-day operations. The ease of navigation makes event engagement simpler for everyone involved, including sponsors, volunteers, and vendors. We also love the ability to set actionable reminders for stewardship and follow-up, helping us stay intentional and consistent in building relationships. The tools for data scrubbing and maintaining data integrity also give us greater confidence in the accuracy and quality of our database.

An unexpected bonus has been the overall look and feel of our website. It is so much more polished, cohesive, and visually appealing, and we have received many compliments since making the transition.
