What do you like best about Agilysys Visual One?

It allowed building out profiles very easy, it allowed us to add player reward profiles to hotel rooms, And there staff was willing to be on stand by if we needed development. Night audit was very easy through this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agilysys Visual One?

In the beginning, the player reward numbers were not syncing up with the hotel and free room offers weren't being deducted from the players account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agilysys Visual One solving and how is that benefiting you?

We bought out the Marriot and everyone was worried about a new hotel software. After a few months, we.xoukdnt imagine ever going back. V1 was very easy to use and a huge keep into the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
