## Agility CMS Reviews
  ### 1. Easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** andrew r. | Research Outreach Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Agility CMS?**

customization if you know what is going onWhat I appreciate most about Agility CMS is how intuitive and structured it is once you understand the setup. The separation between content and presentation makes it easy to update information without worrying about breaking anything design-related. I especially like how the content architecture is customizable — you can build modules and page templates that actually reflect your workflow, instead of having to work around limitations.

The versioning and publishing workflow is also solid. I like being able to preview content before it goes live and knowing that changes are tracked gives some peace of mind when collaborating across teams. Once everything’s configured properly, it's a really efficient system to manage content at scale without needing to constantly loop in developers.

**What do you dislike about Agility CMS?**

Requires extensive coding background but once it's set up it;'s easy. for content

**What problems is Agility CMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agility CMS solves a few key problems for me — mainly around content control, scalability, and collaboration. Before, updating website content often meant relying on developers or digging into confusing backend systems. Now, with Agility’s modular setup, I can quickly make edits, publish updates, and organize content without breaking layouts or needing tech support.

It also solves the issue of content sprawl. With a centralized and well-structured content tree, it's easy to find what I need, keep things consistent, and reuse components across pages. That’s saved a lot of time and reduced duplication. On top of that, having version control and scheduling tools means we can work ahead and roll out updates more strategically — which is a big help when managing multiple stakeholders and timelines.

**Official Response from Kevin Liu:**

  ### 2. Balanced Flexibility with Powerful Management Capabilities

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nishanth M. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Agility CMS?**

I enjoy how Agility CMS lets us manage and deliver content across multiple digital channels in a modern, flexible way. Its seamless integration with modern frameworks like Nest.js stands out, particularly for its balance between developer flexibility and content editor usability. I love the built-in page management and multisite capabilities, which have proven immensely useful. The API-first approach and starter kits make things smoother for developers, while the drag-and-drop page management reduces dependency on development support, enhancing collaboration efficiency. Agility CMS allows us to create content once and deliver it across various platforms, saving time on repetitive tasks and improving content quality. This efficiency translates to faster launches and consistent branding. I appreciate the developer flexibility offered by the API-first package, as well as the ability to construct workflows tailored to non-technical users, reducing bottlenecks and accelerating delivery.

**What do you dislike about Agility CMS?**

One issue I encountered was with the accessibility and usability of the content modeling interface, especially when dealing with very complex data structures. While the platform is robust in many ways, handling highly relational and structured content sometimes requires workarounds. This aspect can be improved to make the process more seamless.

**What problems is Agility CMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agility CMS lets me manage content across multiple sites without duplication, allowing my team to focus on quality instead of repetitive tasks. It enables fast launches and consistent branding, improving scalability, speed, and collaboration.

**Official Response from Jessie Dolman:**
