this is part of the salesforce ecosystem and hence can be well integrated with salesforce CRM and is also easy to use/administer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Service (formerly Salesforce Service Cloud)?

at times, the software meets with latency despite having a good LAN/WAN system in place - is it because that salesforce does not have that many data centers? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
