What do you like best about Agentforce Service (formerly Salesforce Service Cloud)?

I like Agentforce Service for its ease of use and easy configuration, which allows us to go live faster by configuring deals quickly. The team quickly adapted and realized the value of Agentforce Service, and now they are pretty happy with it. The initial setup was also pretty easy, taking only a day or two. The return on investment for our automation is pretty high, and we managed to reduce the number of resources needed for configuration.
