What do you like best about Agentforce Service (formerly Salesforce Service Cloud)?

I appreciate the fact that I can easily conduct business face-to-face with this software. I like that it's easy to operate and doesn't require multiple calls to customer service to get it set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Like all technology, I don't like the fact that in order to get everything I need, I must spend the most money on the biggest version of the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In a world of faceless business interactions, this product allows face-to-face exchanges when doing business. The level of trust that comes from customers when they can see your facial expressions in very valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
