"Complete service platform with strong routing and automation, but add-on licensing adds up"

What do you like best about Agentforce Service (formerly Salesforce Service Cloud)?

From an implementation partner perspective, Agentforce Service covers the core of a contact center out of the box: case management, the Service Console, Omni-Channel routing, Knowledge, and Entitlements/Milestones for SLA tracking. Flow makes it easy to automate triage, assignment and escalations without custom code, and email-to-case and messaging channels bring everything into a single agent workspace. The Agentforce layer is a real step forward for case deflection and agent assistance when the knowledge base is well maintained, and being on the same platform as Sales and industry clouds gives clients a true 360 view of the customer. What do you dislike about Agentforce Service (formerly Salesforce Service Cloud)?

Many capabilities that clients assume are included come as add-ons, such as digital engagement channels, voice, and consumption-based pricing for Agentforce, which makes budgeting and proposals harder. Omni-Channel configuration (skills-based routing, capacity models, presence statuses) has a steep learning curve, and CTI/telephony integrations often need extra effort. Some legacy behavior, like email-to-case threading and limited reporting on case history, still requires workarounds. Agentforce results depend heavily on data and knowledge quality, so clients need to invest in that before expecting value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
