What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

Cloudwerx is one of the best Platforms to work upon; it takes care of my business needs with faster deployment time than any other platform. I love their customer support and sales team, who just on one request comes and joins me overcall—absolutely fantastic service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

There are certain limitations, but that too is sufficient for my Business requirements, and there is an option to upgrade without the loss of data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am using Salesforce to manage my business, having all accounts and contacts in the right place, tracking deals with Potential and existing Clients. My team is currently building some App Exchange products for Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
