What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

The system is easy to use. It is very clear the difference between accounts, leads & contacts. You can create and attach opportunities to accounts and parent accounts which shows clearly how the company works. Users are able to release multiple reports with the desired output. What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

Some activities are restricted from scratch and the admin has a lot of details to fix at the beginning. Sometimes reports are not easy to build as there are some fields that are not clear or the output is not the desired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud):

I have used multiple systems and Salesforce is the best tool I´ve tried. With Salesforce our Sales & Marketing team became more efficient as we are in the same line, run campaigns, check opportunities and check our goals. Fully recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Salesforce allows me and my team to be in the same line in order to reach our goals. We can access reports and any other info to be sure that we will reach our sales targets. With the reports we are able to see clearly how can we improve and what are we missing. It syncs immediately and makes workflow faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
