What do you like best about Agentforce Net Zero (formerly Salesforce Net Zero Cloud)?

It has a smooth interface which is very easy to navigate. It highly helps in reporting which helps to meet organization standards and reduce workload in submitting reports. What do you dislike about Agentforce Net Zero (formerly Salesforce Net Zero Cloud)?

Although it is easy to implement, it requires proper training in order to implement the software. Hardly I found no issues at all in reporting and all as it gives real-time insights accurately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agentforce Net Zero (formerly Salesforce Net Zero Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?
