What I like best about Agentforce Life Sciences is how it brings AI, automation, data, and CRM capabilities together in a purpose-built platform for the life sciences industry. The ability to use Agentforce to provide intelligent, context-aware assistance while maintaining a unified view of healthcare professionals, patients, interactions, and business processes can significantly improve productivity and engagement.
