What I like best about Agentforce IT Service is how it helps make IT support faster, more consistent, and easier for employees. It can handle common service requests, guide users through troubleshooting, summarize issues clearly, and route more complex cases to the right team with the right context.
I also like that it reduces repetitive work for IT teams, so they can focus on higher-value issues instead of spending time on routine tickets. The combination of automation, AI-driven assistance, and better case handling makes the overall support experience smoother for both employees and IT agents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike is that Agentforce IT Service may still need careful setup, training, and governance to work well. If the knowledge articles, workflows, or routing rules are not accurate, the AI responses can be incomplete or inconsistent.
I’d also want better transparency into why certain recommendations are made, and a simple way to review, correct, and improve responses over time. Since IT service can involve sensitive employee or system data, strong access controls and compliance safeguards are also very important.
