What I find most helpful is that it brings customer information, interactions, financial accounts, opportunities, referrals, and service activities into one place. It gives relationship managers and service teams a much better 360-degree view of the customer without having to jump between multiple systems. I also like that it is designed specifically for financial services, so a lot of the data model and functionality already fits banking, wealth management, and insurance use cases. The automation and AI capabilities can also help reduce manual work and improve productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One downside is that the platform can become complex, especially when there is a lot of customization and integration with legacy banking or insurance systems. Implementation requires good planning and a clear understanding of the business processes; otherwise, it can become difficult to maintain. Licensing and implementation costs can also be relatively high. Another challenge is that some users need time and training to get comfortable with the platform, particularly when moving from older or highly customized systems.
