I really like how easy Agentforce Education is to use. It's powerful and the platform is open, which I find really beneficial. There's also a big community, and that's great because we have access to a lot of resources to troubleshoot or improve the app. Integrations with other tools are really simple, which is a plus for us. I think there could be a multilayer of the admin and the audit trail should come free instead of needing a third-party integration or app by another module to implement that.
