I appreciate how the Salesforce Platform allows me to automate business processes with minimal coding required. Its flexibility and security stand out, and it integrates smoothly with other tools. The range of customization options, along with dashboards and flows, makes managing data and workflows highly efficient, enabling teams to work more intelligently and remain well organized.

I find that the Salesforce Platform can be overwhelming for those new to it, as its complexity makes getting started a challenge. Setting up automation or resolving errors often requires a significant amount of time and technical expertise. I appreciate the Agentforce 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform) for how it helps bankers by pulling thorough customer information and displaying products and eligible marketing offers, which enables customized service for existing customers. I like the whole platform, particularly the agent building ease and data connectivity, which enhance efficiency. The platform's features make bankers more efficient, allowing them to provide better services.

Our company has been using Salesforce for many years and our employees use it every day. The platform is very comprehensive and functions as a hub for a lot of our processes. What we like about the platform that it has everything in one place, it's like a one stop one shop place. It also perfectly integrates with every other tool that we use, making it a crucial hub for a long list of our processes.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Headless 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform)?**

Because the platform has so much to offer, for people that haven't worked with it before it can be daunting at first. It's very granular and at the beginning it can seem difficult to remember where to find certain things or what the correct workflow is. It takes some time to get familiar with the platform. But I'd say that investment is totally worth it, after some time it becomes very easy to use and navigate through.

**What problems is Salesforce Headless 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It acts as our main hub. It has all the information about our customers, from start to signature, to being  a live customer. On the other side it also provides us with all the information we have on our prospective customers. What we like is that we have so much data and Salesforce helps us to store that date in a structured way, and makes it easy to keep expanding on that data. It also works perfectly within our tech stack ecosystem, where it's our main tool. Without a comprehensive CRM tool such as Salesforce it would be hard to keep track of everything and we'd most likely lose overview and momentum.

What I like best about the Salesforce platform is how flexible and scalable it is while still being intuitive for users at every level. It allows teams to centralize data, automate workflows, and gain real-time visibility into performance without heavy custom development.

Salesforce can feel overly complex at times, especially for new users. There are a lot of features and configuration options, which is powerful, but it can also make simple tasks take longer than expected if the instance isn’t set up cleanly.

Salesforce helps us centralize customer and prospect data in one place, which solves the problem of having information scattered across tools and spreadsheets. It gives us a single source of truth for accounts, contacts, activities, and pipeline, so sales, marketing, and leadership are all working from the same data.

The ease of use. The solution is highly customizable to fit the needs of any business. Our landing page is different than other companies and based on my role in the organization I can customize my toolbar to fit my needs. It also provides ways to notify or alert people when their part of a project is coming up. This avoids manually sending an email or other message that can get forgotten about or ignored.

The inability to do customizations without an expert on the platform to do them. We have an amazing Salesforce admin but without him any customizations would screech to a stop.

Tracking prospects and customer projects. From Lab and Pilot through contract negotiations and upselling. It tracks it all.

I really like the Salesforce Platform for prospecting. I love how I can view open opportunities, and I find it incredibly useful to see these in the different areas of the sales cycle. The initial setup was super easy for my team.

I'd say probably the tasks. I feel like these could be a little bit more automated. The kind of a little bit more like it is with Outreach. That could be potentially an area for you guys to improve on. It'd be great to have the task in one area. I feel like that would make the flow a bit easier when logging into Salesforce every day.

I like how the reports on Salesforce Platform are super easy to build. You can easily create your own custom reports and build different graphs quickly and on the go, which is great for tracking your pipeline and finding gaps. It also integrates well with every other software we use, including HubSpot and our marketing software, making it essential for our operations.

I don't like that Salesforce Platform doesn't have any outreach capability for us. It's a CRM, but there's no way to or features for that. We haven't found those capabilities to be great.

It is a very useful product and easy to use. It has been very easy to integrate this product. Implementing this software was very easy and customer support was very supportive. I use this product on a very frequent basis to manage my to do list and other action items. It has multiple other features which makes planning and execution very easy.

It's hard to understand, sometimes things don’t work, and you have to refresh, and it randomly works. I would like if they could make permissions easier to understand.

Basically, it’s super easy to get the hang of, but it's also loaded with all the useful stuff you need for work—from tracking leads and automating tasks to getting smart tips from its AI. The best part is, if you ever get confused, their support team is great and there are a million videos to show you how to do things. You can just jump in and start using it, knowing it'll only get more helpful over time.

**What do you like best about Salesforce Headless 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform)?**

Easy to use whether you're in Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, Onboarding, etc. Easy to create new Opps, update renewal or sales steps from "Discovery" to "Closed Won." Easy to submit tickets to troubleshoot, assign users to an account/update account information, generate reports and review customer meeting/email notes. This is our one stop shop for key account information. I also love that it integrates with all our other platforms like Gainsight, 6sense, Marketo and more. I used this daily to look up contacts, ARR and contract info and more.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Headless 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform)?**

It looks and feels outdated. I'ved used Salesforce for 10+ years and it still looks the same. Our current setup has a lot of bottlenecks so we have to submit requests to get certain team account assignments updated but I know this is an admin choice. When we were aquired our old salesforce instance to the current org's salesforce instance was a bit clunky.

We have 6 departments that use this to better collaborate: Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Renewals teams, and Onboarding/Expert Services, and Partnership. We all are customer/prospect/partner facing and use this as our source of truth for account info (sales deals, renewal opps, marketing campaigns, etc.)

I like how easy it is to look up a lead and find specific information I'm looking for with Salesforce Platform. It helps me quickly find all the information needed about a lead, which is really convenient. I also appreciate how easily it integrates with other systems, which makes it quite flexible. Setting it up is very easy, and by the second or third time, I felt like I had mastered it.

Sometimes I find Salesforce Platform a bit overwhelming because it has so many features. It feels very data-driven, and I think it could be more generalized, particularly with the information you make on a lead.

What I like best about Salesforce Platform is how flexible it is. You can start small with simple automation like flows and scale all the way up to complex automations like Apex triggers and all. The strong security, integration options, and huge ecosystem of partners make it easier to build what the business actually needs. Implementation does require the right expertise depending on your needs, but Salesforce’s customer support especially with AI Agentforce is excellent. We use it daily to support various parts of our business, and it’s been a strong enabler for growth.

The platform requires a lot of learning upfront, and keeping up with continuous updates can be a bit tricky. But once you get the hang of it, everything becomes much easier and the experience is really rewarding.

What I like most about the Salesforce Platform is how developer-friendly it actually is once you get into it. Apex and LWC give me the flexibility to build pretty much anything I need, and the metadata-driven setup makes changes easy to manage across environments. I also like that everything is API-driven, so integrating with external systems is straightforward. The DX tools, scratch orgs, and VS Code extensions make the whole development workflow much smoother compared to how it used to be. Overall, it lets me focus on solving the business requirement instead of worrying about infrastructure or low-level setup.

If there’s one area that could be smoother, it’s the deployment experience with the native Salesforce tools. Sometimes the process takes a bit more time or requires extra steps to get everything aligned across environments.

It is a very useful tool and also very user-friendly, it provides proper customization and it is easy to implement, easy to integrate with other tools,it has everything in one place and provide proper tools for tracking and to have a proper manage of the leads, also the customer support is outstanding, it works smoothly and it is very easy to master it.

It has so many features and add-ons that a beginner with this platform might get confused, it takes time to get used to every feature but once mastered is very friendly. Not much to dislike besides this.

To have a better track of leads, to have a better workflow and a better and organized way to have visible incoming tickets for clients.

They are some details that could be better but nothing significant to be honest.
PE. When you create an invoice, payment info must be completed like periodicity of payment, if the client wants to establish the payment by a money amount or by number of payments, etc. but that info doesn't translate automatically to the opportunity. 
The opportunity strangely enough, doesn't have the same options.

It facilitates the handling of your sales database, allows you to generate call calendars by easily identifying when was the last time you called someone, how many calls have been incoming or outgoing.

I find Salesforce Platform highly effective for leads management when used as a CRM, and I appreciate the easy-to-use interface for existing customers. The centralized customer data is the most likable thing. It means all customer-related data like phone calls, invoice history, transactions, receipts, and logs are easily available for users.

The main aspect which is most concerning is high cost of the license, add ons etc. It was not easy, we went through extensive training for using it first time.
