To give you an idea about how good they are, I really haven't thought about our cybersecurity or device management at all in the almost year that we've been using Agency. Implementing it took maybe 30 minutes total, with our whole team getting on a Zoom and it was done. **What do you dislike about Agency?** I think Agency is most useful for companies with high risk devices. The UI / UX on their platform could use some work. **What problems is Agency solving and how is that benefiting you?** Agency helped us get set up with multi-device management on high risk employee devices, along with installing VPNs and other monitoring services. This helps us with security compliance and simply maintaining our security posture. We were in constant communication, received timely updates, and any issues popping up were dealt with quickly. While our group has been through PCI audits before, this was our first rodeo with Vanta. Agency had that experience, so we weren't slowed down by moving to a new platform. All in all, Agency made the process as painless and easy as a PCI audit could be. We had a specific breach where an employee's account was compromised before they joined the organization. An intruder gained access to our systems and attempted to spend client money. This led me to look for solutions to prevent similar breaches in the future. They built the additional reporting features we needed and their customer service was exceptional. At my current company, we had an issue where a chrome extension was wrapping emails in malware/click trackers, hurting email delivery rates. This made me sign up for Agency because I couldn't figure out what was going wrong. The Agency team diagnosed my problem personally and installed their suite on our devices to make sure it doesn't happen again. We now use them essentially as our outsourced infosec department. We haven't had any issues since. Their team is amazing. I really appreciate the peace of mind I get from their technology and their top notch support. **What do you dislike about Agency?** I don't see any downsides to using Agency. I searched around the first time we signed up with them and they were easily the best solution. They install their software on our devices and actively monitor our systems for breaches. When we have an issue we can reach out to them to diagnose the problem and fix it if necessary. Subsequently we were pleasantly surprised to discover they also solved our needs for EDR and other security measures, of which we were initially unaware.
