This is why I like AfterQuery: they have experts guiding the work. I get the sense they genuinely want to understand models better and improve their intelligence when tackling problems. It’s also very cool that they create evaluations and break down where models fail. From a product standpoint, I think that would be helpful too—knowing where your AI is failing, rather than just getting more metrics. Having training data that can support your specific problem is a nice touch as well, especially for more advanced business applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside is that it can take some time to figure all of this out. With training data evaluations and RL, it’s hard to know what will actually work for you. I’d also like clearer pricing information and a better sense of how easy it is to implement. Overall, it’s a great concept—I just need to learn more about how much work it’s going to take.
