I like that you can make reports very customisable based on your client's needs and KPIs, these can also be displayed in many different ways e.g table, pie chart, line graph etc. It's super easy to use and I like the fact you can make reports as simple or as complex as you need. It would be good if you could create combined reports with breakdowns of different clients within the same report, rather than filtering the report and it filtering each chart.
