The thing I like best is that they feel like an extension of our team, not an outside vendor. The talent is senior and dependable, the communication is transparent, and the pricing is clear with no surprises. It's a genuinely low-risk way to scale delivery. What do you dislike about Aestros?

Honestly, not much on the delivery side. If anything, they're still a relatively young brand, so they don't have the long public track record some of the larger firms do — but our own experience has been excellent, and their senior team more than makes up for it. Be clear upfront about the roles, skills and outcomes you need — the more specific your brief, the faster and sharper their shortlist. Use the monthly governance check-ins; that's where they really keep delivery on track. If you need senior talent without the overhead of hiring, they're well worth a conversation. What problems is Aestros solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were stuck with a platform that was slow to change and expensive to run. Aestros helped us modernize to a composable, better-architected setup and migrated us with no downtime.
