"Versatile Analytics for E-Commerce Success"
4/5
What do you like best about AesirX Analytics?

I value the tailored, easy-to-navigate dashboard of AesirX Analytics and its lightweight performance. Its clear, uncluttered interface stands out by displaying practical data like traffic sources, page activity, conversion funnels, and regional sales breakdowns, which saves us time on data interpretation. I appreciate its stable tracking for our dual e-commerce channels, ensuring there is no data loss or tracking errors even during peak seasons. The flexible custom reporting lets me generate targeted reports for different teams, which streamlines our cross-department workflow. Additionally, its local adaptability is an advantage as it runs steadily with our existing regional network without complicated server deployment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AesirX Analytics?

First, it offers limited advanced customer segmentation. We serve two distinct groups: retail buyers for home textiles and wholesale clients purchasing bulk fabrics. The tool cannot create detailed segments based on order volume, purchase frequency or product categories. For example, we cannot separately analyze the browsing habits of large wholesale partners versus individual shoppers, so we have to combine data from our CRM for further sorting. Second, it lacks native multi-language and regional marketing insights. Our business covers different regions across Germany, and we occasionally target German-speaking neighboring areas. It does not provide localized trend analysis or language-based visitor data, making it hard for us to fine-tune region-specific marketing campaigns for textile products.
