What do you like best about Aeris IoT Connectivity Management?

What we like most about Aeris Communications IoT Connectivity Management is the visibility and control it provides across our global device deployments as well as the support from all employees we have had the pleasure of interacting with.

Since our devices rely on SIM cards in the field, having a centralized platform to monitor usage, activate or suspend SIMs, set data limits, and troubleshoot connectivity issues in real time is extremely valuable. It helps reduce downtime, enables us to manage costs more proactively, and lets us resolve issues quickly without needing physical access to the devices.

We also value the platform’s scalability. As we roll out additional devices, we can onboard new SIMs easily and manage everything within the same system. The platform helps us to gain real-time insight into SIM status, data consumption, and network performance, reducing troubleshooting time significantly. Aeris has also been a solution in our growing fleet of devices, allowing us to eliminate the need to manage individual SIMs manually and instead streamline our operations into one easy-to-use platform and improve our ability to scale deployment.
