They're very knowledgeable about the tools in the advocacy space, which really helps in connecting with our advocates. I really like their ability to recruit new champions and keep them engaged through their innovative approaches, like trivia games and competitions, which they developed to engage our members. They have been great at content creation and finding new ways to remix content and serve it to a specific audience - particularly our Dropbox Champions.
