**What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?**

I like ADP Workforce Now because it's easy to chat with someone when needed. It's valuable as it seems like a PEO system, so it simplifies administering benefits and 401(k). I appreciate how it allows us to easily input state details to ensure payroll taxes are withheld and remitted to the correct state and federal agencies.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

I think it would be nice to have more clarity on how to pull certain reports and how to input specific payroll details in a better, more simplified manner. And I would also like to see them have more help articles, just kinda like Gusto does, to allow us to easily search and find ways to add admin users or add certain pay codes. I think it's a little clunky.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ADP Workforce Now to process payroll, manage tax withholdings, and remit them to state and federal agencies. It's a bit complicated, but it allows for easy input of state details.

ADP is great for processing payroll, but what I love most is their Support team. They’re always ready to help, no matter the issue.
They stay with you until everything is resolved, and they’re always patient and kind. It really makes a difference!

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

Right now, I am having issue with the new "Transfer between Company code" feature. But beside that it is a great tool.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I mentioned I am having problems with the new feature to transfer between company codes, it's been just 1 day, they already called me, but the issue is still there, they are working on it.

I like that ADP Workforce Now is easy to follow, and if I have problems, there's always someone to assist. I appreciate the ability to access data through the report function easily. It's also reassuring that if I encounter issues while doing payroll, I can call for assistance. Having an ADP pro set it up for us made it easier.

The reports we use frequently could be a little easier to create.

ADP Workforce Now helps by sending employees reminders for incomplete timecards and offers easy data access with the report function. It's user-friendly, and assistance is readily available if I encounter any issues.

I really appreciate ADP Workforce Now for its ability to feed from one portal to another, which makes managing different processes seamless. The ease of reporting stands out to me as a valuable feature. Payroll processing has become much easier despite the use of many one-off payroll codes. Additionally, linking performance reviews to the Compensation portal helps in fairly giving increases. Setting it up was extremely easy, which was a huge plus.

There is some things with the time off system, and getting the supervisors to be able to run their own reports that become troublesome.

Everything can be done in the system. Recruiting, data analytics, performance… it’s all in one place. The system is pretty intuitive as well for general users.

It’s a little less intuitive as an administrator, but there are lots of trainings that can help with this.

I currently work for an organization made up of multiple entities we are trying to align. ADP gives us a place to manage everyone’s information under the various company codes. As a small organization, the comprehensive services features are especially helpful in running payroll, managing leaves, and having a dedicated HR contact to bounce ideas off of.

I like using ADP Workforce Now because it keeps everything all in one platform for HR, payroll, and recruitment. I really appreciate the analytics view, especially the ability to filter and customize views. The storyboards are great as they provide a deeper dive into the workforce, giving me the ability to be proactive where needed.

The recruitment aspect of ADP Workforce Now could be improved. I would love for Google Workspace to function with ADP Workforce Now similarly to how MS Teams does.

ADP has multiple useful modules so it seems like everything needed within HR is in the ADP platform, benefits, payroll, performance, reviews and more. It makes life easier to use one platform.

It would be helpful to have easier access to account reps to answer questions accurately. There are have been multiple times where I ask the same question to 3 different reps and get 3 different answers. Also I would like the feature to emulate employees and managers to better assist them

Less need for multiple vendors, easy user experience for staff, user friendly platform for admins.

Customer service can be hit and miss. Sometimes it's great and sometimes not. It depends on who you get on the line. It can be slow even if you do find a helpful person. The benefits admin is not ideal, does not do everything I need, and is kind of clunky.

The customer service. We've had over 4 account managers in 2 years, and when I need an issue resolved, it takes several avenues to go through to get proper responses.

It significantly reduces mistakes from manual timesheets and catches errors before running payroll. Overall, this system streamlines the payroll process, making it faster by handling hours, overtime, and deductions efficiently.

Timecard edits don't always sync instantly. If a manager approves a late change, I sometimes have to refresh or wait before it shows up in payroll. I don't know why.

The system times out far too quickly, which forces me to sign in multiple times throughout the day. Please make this functionality user-defined so I can adjust the timeout to fit my workflow.

We use the ADP Homepage as our employee “info site,” which helps our out-of-state team feel connected and stay in the loop. We also rely on the onboarding routines to enroll new staff, which streamlines the process and saves both time and travel dollars.

The reports are easy to use and make it simple to pull workers' comp reporting, benefits reporting, payroll reporting, and compensation reporting. It's beneficial having everything like payroll and benefits in one place.

Customer service- Their service requests sometimes take weeks to be answered. We lost our account rep and never got assigned a new one.

I like that I can customized a lot for our company and it’s dependable information and reporting. I love enabling new features that allow employees to change things themselves. Once you learn you can implement a lot of stuff and its easy.

I like that ADP Workforce Now has a lot of modules and features, so you can do a lot of stuff. It's not just based around surveys or reviews. There's a lot that you can do around payroll, expenses, and taxes, especially if you're dealing with global employees. It's pretty much one platform where you can manage everything related to human resources and a lot of other things as well.

I didn't like the UI a lot. It's very heavy and difficult to use. It needs an update. A UI upgrade to make it easier to absorb would be a big improvement. Also, the initial setup wasn't very easy, and it took us some time to understand ADP.

I use ADP Workforce Now for employee management and review cycles. It solved our biggest problem of doing everything in Excel by providing a clear way to manage payroll and other services. I find it to be a comprehensive platform for HR management, taxes, and global employees.

What I really enjoyed about working with ADP over the past four years was how user-friendly the software is. While it doesn’t look exactly like Excel, it is intuitive and easy to navigate. From payroll processing to reporting, everything is straightforward and simple to build.

With over eight years of experience in Human Resources, I’ve found ADP to be exactly what you need to run payroll efficiently. Data pulls are fast, presets are built directly into the system, and reporting is reliable. During my time using ADP, I rarely experienced lag, and when issues did arise, they were typically resolved within 2–4 hours—unlike other systems where fixes can take anywhere from 8 to 72 hours.

When you’re running a business, having a dependable, efficient system with readily available features makes a significant difference, and ADP consistently delivered that reliability.

The only downside I experienced with ADP was that some support agents were outsourced, which at times made communication challenging. Occasionally, it felt difficult to fully convey the complexity of certain issues or to ensure they were clearly understood. I like the user interface that is very straightforward. It's easy to add time for, time and attendance. It's also been helpful to review the hours and make sure that the hours are correct and they make sense. I can easily review the steps. We also really appreciate the way that we're able to track vacation time and know how much hours are left, so that there's no confusion.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

I wish the reporting was easier to use. It's pretty complicated unless you are advanced in reports. I'd love to get easier reporting on how many hours people worked throughout the year, average hours, and things like that. So that's been a challenge. Sometimes the notifications are confusing as well. They'll give me an error message in time cards, for example. And I'm not sure what the error is, and I have to just kinda go in there and investigate and figure it out. It's not very user friendly or intuitive to figure out what the errors are.

**What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?**

As a user, I rely on this for payroll calculations, tax filing, W-2 processing, and related tasks. It synchronizes easily with our accounting software, which is very convenient. We use it on a weekly basis for payroll, and whenever we encounter any issues, customer support has been helpful. The ADP team also implemented the system smoothly within our organization. Overall, it has been a good experience.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

The report customization options are somewhat limited, so if you require highly tailored reports, you may sometimes need to use Excel to achieve the desired results. Another drawback is the clunky interface, which can make things challenging for new users.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ADP is now managing our payroll for our US client, and they are pleased with the software. Through this portal, we are able to handle benefits such as 401k, healthcare, dental, and other payments. It has been helpful for managing these aspects and for making tax payments. Additionally, it supports us with onboarding activities.
