What do you like best about ADP SmartCompliance®?

How easy it is to upload our quarter-end files, fix all exceptions and then balance their reports to our payroll reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP SmartCompliance®?

Sometimes they load a file from the states that changes our UI rates making them incorrect. They also do not abate penalties and interest even if they were at fault. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
