What do you like best about ADP SmartCompliance®?

For me, the biggest value is risk reduction and time savings. Rather than having a payroll or HR team spend hundreds of hours monitoring local labor law updates, completing government forms, and keeping up with required notices, ADP SmartCompliance streamlines and automates much of that workflow. What do you dislike about ADP SmartCompliance®?

The one-way communication is frustrating. When an employer receives a tax notice or agency letter and uploads it to the portal, the system often closes the loop without allowing any back-and-forth discussion. What problems is ADP SmartCompliance® solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rather than having an HR administrator manually calculate a garnishment against a particular state’s income threshold, ADP takes in the order, handles the calculations, and automatically routes the payment.
