I really like that Adobe Real-Time CDP provides immediate profile updates and instant activations with no data latency. It's great how it handles profiles perfectly, even managing ambiguity, and offers a singular view of a customer. This comprehensive 360-degree timeline of user interactions is incredibly valuable. I find Adobe Real-Time CDP isn't really for casual marketers. It requires deep knowledge, and you can't just use experience from other CDPs; you have to learn it specifically. There's also this need to understand the XDM experience design or data model schema, which is not straightforward. When we do configurations, fields can't be easily removed once data ingestion happens. The implementation takes a long time, usually about three to eight months, which is a big commitment. Also, the initial setup was really complex; it wasn't easy to get out there and use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
