I regularly rely on Adobe Photoshop Express for fast image editing, especially when I'm on the go, travelling, or attending meetings. It's particularly useful for creating and refining content for social media. One thing that stands out is the wide range of editing tools available, many of which I haven't seen bundled together in other mobile photo-editing apps. While the AI-powered features are helpful, the biggest advantage for me is the app's convenience and ease of use. It offers a strong set of tools without making the editing process complicated. I also find the background removal feature extremely valuable, as it saves time when making quick edits, creating mockups, or assembling mood boards to share ideas with colleagues during meetings or photo shoots. One of my biggest criticisms was the previous Photoshop Express branding, which I felt created unrealistic expectations. The app has always been quite different from the full desktop version of Photoshop, so using a similar name could be confusing for users expecting the same level of functionality. I appreciate that Adobe has begun to position the product more clearly. When viewed as a lightweight design and content-creation tool rather than a mobile version of Photoshop, it makes more sense to compare it with platforms like Canva. In that comparison, Canva still has a significant advantage thanks to its extensive collection of templates, which makes it especially appealing for users who want to create polished designs quickly.
