The personalization within the Marketo platform is very sophisticated, offering excellent synchronization with dynamic CRM, the content within the software is predictive and intuitive with options to manage emails, segmentation and reporting. It is a solid tool, marketing automation is another highlight of the program with proper handling of the flow and management. The team behind the software is another reason why I use Marketo Engage as they are always available to the buyer and always responsive to concerns, the marketing campaigns are very customizable with the ability to collect complex and heavy data. The integrations with third parties is another Marketo add-on that I enjoy as in conjunction with other tools the program is foolproof for the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Adobe Marketo Engage? The interface despite being simple needs an update, as it is an antique. The licenses are expensive, and it would be useful for other users to have access to a demo without so many protocols. Learning to use this software is not easy, it offers many solutions, but in most cases it needs preparation as it is complex. The email editing and management can be upgraded to a more intuitive version, I look forward to more updates. We need more customizable templates, it is frustrating to always see the same options. It is an effective tool for the management and cleaning of data in the IT area, with Marketo we can control the flow of data effectively and accurately, as well as manage marketing and email campaigns. By integrating with Salesforce we can take full advantage of data transmission, in fact, we can also generate reports and manage additional fields. The management of email responses and automation is another aspect why we always choose this tool, as it helps us to detect potential customers for the company, also achieving in the process a better financial management and cutting repetitive tasks.
