What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage?

Marketo offers a complete marketing automation and marketing operations platform. From email sends and nurture programs to triggered web content, scoring, and routing, Marketo can handle it all. Many tools on the market prioritize ease of use but end up missing critical functionality. Marketo, on the other hand, includes the full set of capabilities needed to support marketing operations. What do you dislike about Adobe Marketo Engage?

Because of its complexity, Marketo can be challenging to set up and get running smoothly. There’s also a learning curve if you want to get the most out of it. In my experience, you’ll need to dedicate a resource to manage Marketo on an ongoing basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Marketo Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?

Email Sends. I use it to build a buyer’s journey and set up nurture programs so prospects and clients get the right information at the right time. It also supports email newsletters and different types of alerts, including Slack alerts, text alerts, and email alerts. Scoring helps me create Marketing Qualified Leads that I can pass to sales. I can run triggered campaigns based on prospect/client behavior, and it also covers lead routing and lead assignment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
