What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage?

Marketo Engage is an incredibly robust tool with a feature set that has yet to be replicated across any other marketing automation tool. It allows small teams to scale up effectively and large teams to orchestrate multi-channel campaigns easily and effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Marketo Engage?

The user interface takes a little bit of time to get used to, but recent strides have been made to improve it quite a bit. I still think, for net new users to the platform, it could be a little tricky to understand where everything fits. It's the only drawback of the actual tool. What problems is Adobe Marketo Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?

Marketo Engage allows us to understand our complete customer lifecycle: their engagement, the decisions they make, and, from a sales side, the opportunities that they're tied to and involved in. It helps paint a picture while organizing some of the operational flows that need to happen whenever a new record comes into the database, like data normalization, spam check, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
