What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage?

Building and Personalizing Emails, Sending Outbound Emails, and Manage Email Deliverability are massive to our day to day in saving time within our workflow. Being able to automate certain emails and responses helps us stay organized, keep everything very tidy, and spend time working on other tasks. Overall, these tools are massive time savers. What do you dislike about Adobe Marketo Engage?

There can be certain emails that get automated responses that you actually do need to look at, and it would be nice to have an urgency type of notification when something needs to be touched by a human. What problems is Adobe Marketo Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has helped us organize our emails and automate our responses, which saves massive amounts of time. We mainly use it for answering and automating our responses to customers to provide an optimal customer service along with promoting our brand.
