What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage?

I value how personalizing emails builds trust. Generic messages get ignored, especially with enterprise buyers who notice when something feels templated versus tailored to their actual situation. Sending outbound emails helps keep deals moving in long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, where proactive follow-up and nudges maintain momentum. Automated responses add scale and consistency by handling routine acknowledgments and status updates so attention can go toward higher-stakes communications that require judgment and nuance. What do you dislike about Adobe Marketo Engage?

A/B testing takes time and volume to get statistically meaningful results, so with smaller lists or lower-frequency sends tests often do not reach significance and decisions end up based on gut feeling. It also takes discipline to test one variable at a time, and results can be misleading if external factors skew the data during the test window. Mobile optimization multiplies the design and testing burden because emails, landing pages, and forms need to work across many screen sizes and email clients that render HTML/CSS inconsistently, and catching issues often requires manual checking. Lead database management is tedious and never-ending because data decays fast, and duplicates, inconsistent formatting, and incomplete fields make targeting and personalization harder than it should be.
