What do you like best about Adobe Journey Optimizer?

I like Adobe Journey Optimizer for its flexibility in mapping real user behavior into communication flows. It allows for branching based on what people do, making journeys feel more realistic. Once set up properly, it runs quietly in the background without constant babysitting, which I appreciate. The ability to create dynamic journeys by splitting paths based on engagement, inactivity, or key actions is valuable, as it helps avoid treating different users the same despite their different levels of interaction. What do you dislike about Adobe Journey Optimizer?

The setup can get pretty complex pretty fast. Once you start building more advanced journeys with multiple branches and conditions, it becomes easy to lose track of what's actually happening where. It feels powerful, but not always very easy to visually understand at a glance. Also, testing and debugging journeys could be smoother. When something doesn't behave the way you expect, figuring out why takes more effort than it should.
