"An eLearning tool which was a little ahead of it's time"

What do you like best about Adobe Captivate?

The tool was great with its responsive design capabilities, which allowed my projects to be seamlessly viewed on multiple devices. After digging down, one could find more than enough features to create a well-illustrated eLearning module with some in-built knowledge checks and animations. What do you dislike about Adobe Captivate?

The tool was a bit challenging to navigate initially and even the learning curve was steep. I also encountered a few performance hiccups and crashes, which have been attributed to my system or the software itself. Lastly, the complexity and pricing made it less appealing for casual users like me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Captivate solving and how is that benefiting you?

I had used Adobe Captivate a few years back and it was the first eLearning authoring tool I had used. It taught me a lot about training module designing but also made me realize that it involves a lot of steps and sometimes a longer time for course rendering.
