What do you like best about Adobe Brand Concierge?

I like that Adobe Brand Concierge is integrated with our website content pulled from AEM and media for DAM. We publish content on site, and Adobe Concierge digests this info, allowing us to push info once and deliver in different ways consistently. What do you dislike about Adobe Brand Concierge?

I'm not familiar with the dashboard and how to educate the concierge itself if something needs to be changed or addressed differently. The initial setup wasn't really easy; we worked for months with Adobe engineers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Brand Concierge solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Adobe Brand Concierge to guide customers with more information, reducing abandonment. It integrates with our website content and DAM media, simplifying content delivery and enhancing customer experience with less work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
