Ease of use and variety of analytics available. It was also very easy to implement the program and integrate it with other systems. Would recommend to a friend.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

Honestly, the biggest things that bug me about Adobe Analytics are the data delays and the cost. Sometimes, I’m waiting longer than I’d like for the latest data to show up, especially if I’m pulling custom reports or working with big datasets—it just slows everything down when I need quick answers. And then there’s the price tag. It’s a powerful tool, but it’s definitely expensive, especially when you factor in extra features and support. Sometimes I wonder if we’re really getting our money’s worth.

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Analytics is helping me pull together data from different teams and regions so I can actually see our KPIs all in one place. It’s making it way easier to track performance, spot trends, and compare results across the company. But once you get familiar with it, the level of detail and customization it offers is worth the initial challenge

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

I particularly like the workspace Ul, which allows for drag-and-drop customization and visualizations without needing deep technical expertise. It integrates well with other Adobe Experience Cloud tools, giving a seamless omnichannel view

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

The learning , especially for non-technical users or those transitioning from simpler analytics platforms like Google Analytics. Initial setup and configuration require substantial planning and expertise. Documentation, while extensive, can feel overwhelming or slightly outdated in parts. Additionally, the cost may be prohibitive for smaller teams or organizations without a clear data strategy

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Adobe Analytics to really understand what our users are doing on our website-not just surface-level data like page views, but deep insights into their journeys. Before this, it was hard to connect the dots across devices or understand why users were dropping off. With Adobe, we can break things down by segment, track key actions, and see which content or campaigns are actually driving results.

It's helped our team focus on what matters- improving the user experience and making smarter marketing decisions. Honestly, we've caught issues we wouldn't have noticed otherwise, and it's given us confidence in the data we're using every day.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noah E. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

Adobe Analytics is a great way to standardize measurements over multiple websites. A repeatable process with the ability to standardize makes life easier when it comes to measuring success and failures. I also appreciate the different visualizations available out of the box with little to no extra effort needed. Tag Management is also great for creating rules. Gives me multiple options to capture a data point I need and flexibility if our implementation requires me to take another route.
I also love the ability to drag and drop variables to create visualizations, makes the no code ability to democratize our analytics easy and simple.
Also having data feeds for us to port the data over to other systems is incredibly helpful and simple for our engineers.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

Editing reporting suites SUCKS. Sorry but the page (I think it's called Admin Tools) takes and insanely long time to load and in some cases fails to load. This proves difficult for someone trying to iterate quickly or needed to test something. As someone trying to deliver robust measurements for my org, I need to be able to change these on the fly. Debugger is buggy often times and can be difficult to read. The ability to customize what properties, evars and other variables show on the debugger would be incredibly helpful. Sometimes there is just so much information that it can be difficult to quickly identify what I was looking for. Additionally, the ability to change between reporting suites (prod, stage, dev) without having to manually copy and paste a line of code from the tag property would be quite helpful.

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Adobe Analytics we had little to no insight on what our users are doing on our site. Additionally, it helps us standardize tracking across all sites. Lastly, it makes the data available for other parties to use in our organization.

The overall installation isn't as quick as other solution tools. It takes a lot of prep work and IT intervention to begin to collect the data

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn't have any insight to what our users were doing. We had no idea how long they were spending on our site, how many times they were visiting, nor where they were leaving. Adobe Analytics helps to paint a picture about all of those user digital behaviors we've been asking questions about.
