What I like most about Adobe Acrobat Sign is its secure and streamlined digital signature workflow. It makes it easy to send, sign, and track documents electronically while ensuring legal compliance and maintaining a complete audit trail. Simple and intuitive document signing experience. Legally compliant electronic signatures with detailed audit trails. Automated reminders and real-time status tracking. Seamless integration with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and other business tools. Support for signatures from any device without requiring additional software. For me, the most valuable feature is the end-to-end document workflow. I can send a document for signature, monitor its progress, receive notifications when it's signed, and store the completed document securely, all from a single platform. The biggest benefit is efficiency. Adobe Acrobat Sign eliminates the need for printing, scanning, and manually following up on documents, significantly reducing turnaround time for contracts, approvals, and business agreements. While it handles standard document signing very well, making changes to a document or approval flow after it's been sent isn't always as straightforward as I'd like.
