"Secure, Streamlined E-Signatures with Full Audit Trails and Powerful Integrations"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

What I like most about Adobe Acrobat Sign is its secure and streamlined digital signature workflow. It makes it easy to send, sign, and track documents electronically while ensuring legal compliance and maintaining a complete audit trail. Simple and intuitive document signing experience. Legally compliant electronic signatures with detailed audit trails. Automated reminders and real-time status tracking. Seamless integration with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and other business tools. Support for signatures from any device without requiring additional software. For me, the most valuable feature is the end-to-end document workflow. I can send a document for signature, monitor its progress, receive notifications when it's signed, and store the completed document securely, all from a single platform. The biggest benefit is efficiency. Adobe Acrobat Sign eliminates the need for printing, scanning, and manually following up on documents, significantly reducing turnaround time for contracts, approvals, and business agreements. What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

The biggest drawback is workflow flexibility. While it handles standard document signing very well, making changes to a document or approval flow after it's been sent isn't always as straightforward as I'd like. Editing documents after initiating a signature request often requires restarting parts of the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Acrobat Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?

Adobe Acrobat Sign solves the problem of slow, paper-based document approval processes by enabling secure electronic signatures and automated document workflows. Instead of printing, signing, scanning, and emailing documents, everything can be completed digitally. Speeds up contract and document approval cycles. Eliminates manual paperwork and physical document handling. Provides secure, legally compliant electronic signatures. Tracks document status with real-time notifications and audit trails. Integrates with business applications to automate approval workflows. In my day-to-day work, I use Adobe Acrobat Sign to send agreements, collect approvals, and manage signed documents electronically. It reduces the need for manual follow-ups and ensures all parties can review and sign documents from any device. The biggest benefit is efficiency. Adobe Acrobat Sign shortens turnaround times, improves document tracking, and creates a secure, paperless signing process that saves time for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
