"Rock-Solid PDF Formatting That Saves Time Across Devices"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

One thing I still prefer about PDFs is that they always look the way I intended. I create worksheets, guides and checklists for my students, and I don't have to worry about fonts shifting, layouts breaking or someone opening the file on a different device. I can send it once and be confident everyone sees exactly the same thing. It sounds simple, but that reliability saves a surprising amount of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

I wish editing existing PDFs felt a little more natural. Small changes are easy enough, but when I need to make several edits, I sometimes find myself going back to the original document instead of updating the PDF directly. It's not a dealbreaker, just something that could be smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?

I share a lot of learning materials with my students, including workbooks, templates and checklists. Before, I sometimes had people telling me that the formatting looked different depending on what they opened the file with. Since I started sending everything as PDFs, that problem has basically disappeared. I spend less time answering formatting questions and more time focusing on the actual learning.
