I like the levels of customization it allows. It has a number of useful presets that can then be expaned or changed. The site has been very reliable throughout our time with them and the online version is very quick to complete tasks. Rediker also has some of the best support staff that I've ever worked with. Very knowledgable and extremely firendly. The super database is a great bonus feature that allows you track lots of useful information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
