The launch workflow is what keeps me in the tool. I run paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Apple Search Ads for several clients, and building campaign structures manually used to eat most of a day every time we shipped a new creative wave. In Admanage I build the hierarchy once, duplicate across ad sets and accounts, and push live in a fraction of the time. Bulk duplication and cross account copying alone changed how often we are willing to test. The creative library and AdScan are the other pieces I use constantly. Having assets organized on boards next to competitor ad scrapes means creative briefs start from evidence instead of guesswork. Reporting is flexible enough that I have stopped rebuilding the same spreadsheets for monthly client reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a real learning curve. The surface area is wide and it took me a few weeks to work out which workflows I actually wanted to live in versus which ones I was using out of habit. The onboarding material helps, but expect to invest time before it pays off, especially if you are bringing a team onto it rather than just yourself. I also hit occasional sync lag where platform data lands slower than I would like, mostly when I am doing same day pacing checks. It resolves on its own, so it is not a blocker, but it is worth knowing if you make intraday budget calls and want the numbers to be current the moment you look.
