It does not take conditional access into consideration, so a country allowed there can still be blocked. Engineers were also getting bombarded with multiple notifications for every incident. Portal can be tricky to navigate, and some things need to be raised with their support team as you cannot do them in the portal. **What problems is Adlumin solving and how is that benefiting you?** Providing rapid response to security threats faster than a human could. Acting as a SIEM pulling in logs from other core services and offering a full ITDR solution. ### 2. Integration with certain legacy on-premise log sources can also take a bit more configuration time compared to standard cloud integrations. **What problems is Adlumin solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves the problem of security alert fatigue and complex compliance management by centralizing all log data into an easy-to-read cloud platform. This makes it extremely flexible and adaptable in any environment. The ITDR solution is the ideal solution for clients who wish to protect their identity in the M365 environment. **What do you dislike about Adlumin?** Initial difficulty in using the solution, difficulty in being autonomous in its use without the support of N-able. Learning curve too slow, perhaps a more comprehensive manual or videos illustrating how to take the first steps in using the solution would be needed. **What problems is Adlumin solving and how is that benefiting you?** Be more proactive in cyber risk situations, 24/7 support from N-able which provides greater coverage than we are able to offer independently. ### 5.
