What do you like best about Adictiz BOX?

I really like that the platform is very user-friendly and easy to use. It has made it much faster for us to integrate games and launch them. The onboarding process was smooth as well, and the support team is always responsive, whether it’s our account manager or the chatbot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adictiz BOX?

I find that some features aren’t very smooth, especially the participant section when using the data extract, as well as the dotation creation process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adictiz BOX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our challenge was to find a new way to collect opt-ins so we could send our marketing communications. At the same time, we’re always looking for fresh ways to energize our customer base, create engagement, and encourage repeat purchases. So far, we’re collecting more opt-ins through the game than through our other opt-in collection touchpoints. We’re still waiting for an analysis on whether it also improves purchase repeat.
