What I like most about Adictiz BOX is its flexibility. The ability to combine multiple game mechanics into a single campaign, create multi-level experiences with score-gating logic, and fully customize almost every visual element gives us a huge amount of creative freedom. The drag-and-drop editor, custom CTAs, countdowns, and other widgets make it easy to build engaging branded experiences without significant development resources. I also appreciate that the team continuously improves the back office with "quality-of-life" enhancements that make campaign creation faster and easier. The built-in AI assistant, connected to the platform's documentation, is another great addition. It makes it quick and easy to find answers and learn how to configure new features. Finally, their support has been great, especially during major events like the FIFA World Cup, where they manage match schedules and results for prediction games, saving us a significant amount of manual work. While the platform is very feature-rich, we'd love to see more new game mechanics introduced over time to keep campaigns feeling fresh.
