What do you like best about Adeptly?

Adeptly feels like having an experienced bookkeeper looking over my shoulder. The on-screen guidance pops up right inside QuickBooks and walks me through each reconciliation step in real time, so I am never guessing what to click next. I like that it adapts to what is actually on my screen instead of giving generic instructions, and that I can learn as I go without leaving the app for help articles or videos. What do you dislike about Adeptly?

Occasionally the prompts lag a little behind when I move quickly between screens, so I have to slow down for it to catch up. I would also love to see more “playbooks” for other QuickBooks workflows beyond reconciliation, like invoicing and reporting. What problems is Adeptly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Adeptly is taking the stress and guesswork out of my month-end close. Instead of spending hours searching for “how to” articles and worrying that I reconciled something incorrectly, I can confidently follow the guided steps and finish in roughly half the time.
