Customer service is genuinely top tier. They reply fast and actually know what they're talking about, not reading off a support script. The platform covers pretty much everything we need in one place: paywall builder, A/B testing, onboarding flows, segmentation, cohort analytics, and integrations with all the major ad networks and analytics tools. Adapty UA deserves a separate shoutout. It entirely replaced our previous BI. Way more convenient, faster, and revenue by source updates in real time. We're not waiting until the next day to see how a campaign performs anymore. For anyone running paid UA on a subscription app, this alone is worth trying the platform.
