It's simple to use on-site and in the office. RFIs are excellent. Instead of wading through emails all topics are grouped and listed by status, savings considerable time and work with teams, sub-contractors and clients. Site issues can be reported on-site with image and document uploads. Finding documents is fast, with everything well-organised by folders and tags. Checking inventory and logistics issues real-time also makes a big difference. We get alerts and can chase up quickly. I also like their private social media.
