At the start they took time to understand our flows and customised the software before we went live. Best: It's easy to organise work flows and find files in seconds with filters and tag searches. For us it was important to share files and RFIs with sub-contractors instantly. This works well and has saved us considerable time compared to email and excel. We cut down on cleaning out inboxes. Also handy is the option to price material and labour at the task or project level. Supply Chain and Invoicing work smoothly and reduce our operational costs.
