What do you like best about Acumatica?

The breadth of features is what sold us at the beginning. The system is easy to use and maintain. I've used a lot of ERP systems over the years, and this one is by far the best. We love that we can integrate this with our other business systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acumatica?

Changing database fields or site map at upgrades. Ran into that a few times requiring report updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?

Acumatica has an "Ideas" section where uses can submit ideas for improvement. They do look at them and update the status if they move into the upgrade programming process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
