What do you like best about Acumatica?

I'm in the finance department and I love the functionality of navigating from a sales order to drilldown directly to the GL that I'm working on or vice versa. It makes it so much simpler to find answers. I'm just scratching the surface on harnessing the data with personalized GI's, but I'm excited about what I've learned at Summit 2024. There is so much data there that I'm just beginning to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acumatica?

There are quite a few tabs in general sales orders that we never use. However, it looks like this issue will be solved with the general release in 2025 R1 when we can customize the user interface. That is going to be a tremendous help! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?

Inventory tracking and handling slow and dead moving inventory. The ability to drilldown very quickly when reviewing the general ledger. The transparency and real-time data is tremendous. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
