What do you like best about Acumatica?

Ease of use from an administration perspective. You can easily modify things within the system without having to have a full time developer on board.

They are ever evolving so while they may not have it now, it may be in the future. They are also very responsive to customer feedback.

We were able to implement in a relatively quick time frame through our VAR and were able to integrate with some outside resources via their ISV/Marketplace platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acumatica?

The 3rd party software providers, ISV's, can be less than spectacular. There should be some method for vetting or a check in for them to make sure they are performing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using Acumatica we went from an antiquated, outdated system to something reliable and allowed us to become more agile in our space. It allowed us to remove alot of manual labor and mundane tasks and allow the system to do it for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
